Each Tour Tournament is subject to change at the discretion of Golf Channel and/or Golf’s governing bodies.
Golfers are only eligible in the Group they are listed for each Tournament Drawing. Group designations may change on a weekly basis.
If a Tour Tournament is cancelled or ends early, for any reason, Sponsor will award Points (defined below) based on the actual cash pay-out determined by the tournament hosts. If no Tour Tournament prizes are paid, no Points will be awarded.
Limit: Each entrant may create one (1) Team per Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) Team by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other method will void that entrant's team and he/she will be disqualified from further participation in the Contest. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected teams, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any team, the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.
All Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged. Entries must be received before the Entry Period End Date and Time to be eligible for the Tournament Drawing. Sponsors’ computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Contest. Multiple Entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsors reserve the right to modify Entry Period Start Date and Time and Entry Period End Date and Time at their sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Teams will be scored as follows: each Golfer earns one (1) point (“Point”) for each dollar they earned in that corresponding weekly Tour Tournament; and the Points from all four (4) Golfers on each Team will be added together for the Team’s total tournament points (“Tournament Points”). The three (3) Teams, and corresponding Entries that receive the highest Tournament Points for the Entry Period will be potential tournament winners (“Weekly Winners”, each a “Weekly Winner”), for a total of one hundred and nineteen (119) Weekly Winners, during the Contest Period . The Team with the highest score each week will receive the first prize (“Weekly First Prize”); the team with the second highest score each week will receive the second prize (“Weekly Second Prize”), and the Team with the third highest points each week will receive the third prize (“Weekly Third Prize”). In the event of a tie, the Weekly Tiebreaker Question will be used and the entrant with the right answer will be deemed the Weekly Winner from among the tied entrants. If after the Weekly Tiebreaker Question a tie still exists, the entrant who chose their Team first will be deemed the Weekly Winner from among the tied entrants. The top five (5) Entries with the top five highest Points from all four Major Tournaments (as specified in the chart above), will each be a major winner (“Major Winner”).
On or about one (1) week from the respective Weekly End Date and Time, potential Weekly Winners will be notified at the email or mailing address submitted at the time of Entry. At least two (2) attempts will be made to notify potential Winner. If potential Winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if Prize (defined below) or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential Winner will be disqualified and time permitting, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Contest Documents”) within three (3) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries.
